Win a Trip to the Playboy Mansion with FanDuel
FanDuel Present the Daily Fantasy Sports Playboy Championship
In what is being dubbed the hottest Fantasy Football event ever, FanDuel have announced the Playboy Championship with a prize fund of a million dollars. Although it’s not just the prize fund that will be of interest – the seventy five finalists will travel to the Playboy mansion and contest the final poolside. As well as the finalists, a further 25 trip only packages will be made available through a series of satellites.
Qualification for the Playboy Championship
This championship does not have a direct buy-in so the only way you’ll be able to grab a place is by winning through one of the qualifiers. Qualifiers are running every week, with entries costing $5, $50 or $535 – each with a varying amount of competitors. Some qualifiers will have just one place available at the Playboy Championship whilst some will offer multiple seats. The contest is a daily fantasy sports football event, so both the qualifying events and the main event will be NFL based.
The Main Event
The final will be played on Sunday November 23 rd poolside at the Playboy mansion. As well as an entry into the contest itself, each qualifier will be awarded a package worth $2,800. This consists of $700 airfare credit, a chauffeured transfer from the airport to the hotel as well as two nights of hotel accommodation. This also includes entry for two to the reception on the eve of the tournament and of course the Sunday championship itself.
The Sunday will see state of the art audio visual equipment set up in the grounds of the Playboy mansion so finalists can keep up to date with the performance of their line-ups – if the players are not distracted elsewhere. Food and drinks will be laid on and activities will take place throughout the day.
The winners of the trip only packages will receive exactly the same benefits as the finalists, the only difference being that the players won’t enter the contest and therefore be ineligible for any prizes.
If a player qualifies twice, he can choose whether to transfer the trip package to another person or receive the value of the package in cash ($2,800). Players cannot qualify for the event more than once.
The Prize Fund
The overall prize fund is $1,000,000 and the top five prizes are distributed as follows:
1st $150,000
2nd $80,000
3rd $50,000
4th $40,000
5th $30,000
Every player in the contest is guaranteed a cash prize with the player in 75th and last place receiving $5,000 in prize money.
